WHAT WE OFFER

We offer supervision and mentoring for social workers and all professionals. Your self-determination and active participation are important to us, and we will involve you in the processes of supervision and reflective practice/consultation. We value your unique experiences and expertise, and we aim to work collaboratively with you in a strengths-focused manner.

Group supervision for all professionals to debrief and reflect from a team approach. There are many benefits of peer supervision with savings of resources in the workplace, including financial and time limitations. Group supervision is an enhanced method of working together as a team in an active, participatory, reflective practice model, utilising each person’s skills, experience and knowledge, benefitting your organisation and working towards improved client outcomes.

Counselling for all adults experiencing depression, anxiety and stress. We view each person holistically and work together in a safe and respectful environment, to develop strategies for life skills and overcoming issues causing emotional pain. We recognise that each person has an inner strength and is the expert in their own life and we work towards your desired outcomes from the counselling relationship.

Supervision for Students/New graduates where we help you with your feelings of ‘The Imposter Syndrome’ and support you with writing/reviewing and editing essays. We also provide support with reviewing selection criteria and writing employment applications.
